The EasyClean free Mix & Pump has a lot to offer: a pump for the disposal and rinsing, a shredder-mix system for circulation and homogenisation of the tank contents, a control unit for the program run and a direct disposal pipe. The contents of the closed tank are disposed of through permanently installed pipes into the disposal vehicle with the help of a pump.
The grease separator is available in nominal sizes NS 2 to NS 10, which is sufficient for most businesses such as restaurants and hotels. It is also available in nominal sizes NS 15 to NS 50 for larger volumes of wastewater. In addition, we also offer individual solutions for specific requirements and installation situations.
The EasyClean free Mix & Pump has plenty of advantages:

- Central control: The shredder-mix system and refill inlet can be controlled via the control unit.

Smart helper: Connect control unit
The practical Connect 400 V Mono control unit equipped with NFC can be used to control the pump for the Shredder-Mix-System and for disposal. This means that if the contents of the container have not been sufficiently homogenised for disposal or have not been completely pumped out, the pump's running time can be adjusted manually. All of the operating data is documented in the readable log book. Service technicians can also access even more detailed characteristic data. Connection to the building management system can be realised via a potential-free contact. This means that messages and faults are passed on immediately.

Our grease separators are made of polyethylene. That makes them resistant to aggressive fatty acids and they are therefore particularly durable. SonicControl
The SonicControl automatic layer thickness measuring device with ultrasound sensor precisely monitors the temperature and thickness of the grease layer in grease separators. Owners/operating companies can verify the actual quantity of grease produced to the relevant authorities and optimise the necessary disposal cycles outside of standard requirements.
