With the new “Agnes” building project, the Kantonsspital Baden (KSB) is completely rethinking the day-to-day running of the clinic and concentrating its medical expertise on a state-of-the-art health campus. In addition to extensive visitor catering and a staff restaurant, a canteen kitchen is also integrated into the new building complex. The custom designed grease separator manufactured from heavy-duty twin walled reinforced pipe not only takes into account the specific installation situation but also offers fully automated grease separator operation and demand-oriented disposal.
