Maintenance of the backwater lifting station Ecolift, exposed installation / floor slab installation Scope of services (all work is carried out according to the inspection card): - Visual inspection to make sure that it is functioning - Cleaning the system - Checking the non-return valves - Checking the pump function - Checking the control unit - Information on the maintenance obligation for the owner-operator, optional - System must be handed over in a safe operational state - The recorded values are documented in a maintenance report Requirements on site: - Contact person must be on site - Access to the system and control unit - A hose water connection must be provided nearby Chamber systems: - In the case of service work on chamber systems, according to BGV C5 § 34, BGR 236, the clearance measurements of sewer gases, the use of fall protection and for safety reasons an additional safety attendant are required - The safety attendant must be provided by the customer and must be present for the entire duration of the work Note: - Regular maintenance is a prerequisite for the warranty and insurance cover Not included are costs for: - Material expenses over 20 euros - Any additional incidental expenses are charged based on the expenses incurred - Difficult conditions, repair services, additional work - Wasted journeys despite prior notice The backwater lifting station Ecolift must be serviced every six months by a specialist company in accordance with DIN 1986-3. The price stated is for each maintenance operation.
